BODY LANGUAGE AND CRISIS-RESPONSE WORKSHOP - PSOS

Objectives:

To provide participants with a theoretic and practical understanding of body language interpretation and analysis. To provide awareness regarding the subjective and objective factors that affect humans under pressure, and how to understand and attempt to control these. This education is based on the idea that the human factor, and its reaction in the moments of crisis(faced with threat, attack, violence or disaster), is the key to success.

A one day intensive workshop (8 teaching hours).

* Detecting suspicious behavior
* Physiological changes
* Body signals
* Face signals
* Hand signals
* Video-recorded simulations and exercises, and post-drill analysis
* Behavior and performance under pressure
* Transition from routine to emergency situations
* Working with fear-induced stress
* Summary and conclusions

Certification:

Individuals who successfully complete the workshop will receive a certificate for their participation in PSOS's (Professional School of Security) Body Language and Crisis Response Workshop.
